a splash of color

I came across a fabric that I liked quite a bit, so I decided to use it as my "wallpaper" border in my kitchen.


The print on the fabric is a blue & white checker pattern, with an overlay of sunflowers, which gives it a bright summer theme. Its a nice pick me up in my almost windowless kitchen.

So I finally have an additional color besides blue to work off of. I believe the blue & yellow will give the kitchen a nice summery color tone overall. At least that is my goal.
